I'd put Huni on bench until worlds is over. He did the same shit last game but wasn't punished as hard and he's basically been acting like this since the last LCS. The guy obviously doesn't listen to the rest of the team because while everyone was wailing on the turret or trying to back he'd be flashing over walls trying to make plays that wouldn't be necessary and only end up getting fucked for it.

Huni must have the largest ego on their team right now. He thinks he can carry the game even though he's the only one feeding.

Or maybe teams could stop blind-picking Darius and getting completely fucked by Gnar.

The Gnar did some big plays during that fight but it wasn't the champion match-up that lost the game it was Huni's playstyle. He single-handedly lost Fnatic's lead at the beginning because he wanted a kill, died, teleported back into lane to try and get the kill again and then died again. That's the type of shit you see in Bronze man.

True, but put him on a Mao'Kai or Sion and he won't just run in guns blazing. Darius is incredibly overpicked so far for how little he has actually done. He gets countered so hard by Gnar, such a common champion in the pros, that he really isn't first-rotation worthy.

You're implying that Huni will play someone who isn't going to be a brawler. He practically refuses to do so. He WANTS to go in guns blazing because he wants the kills and to carry but doesn't have the mechanics or decision making to understand when to back off. Even if he did have Mao'Kai or Sion I think it'd be worse because I can already see him Mao'kai Qing to Fizz the second he sees him and getting demolished by the team because his team wasn't there. Sion would literally be a trainwreck cause he'd probably just ult whenever he thinks he can get a kill.

1: Mao'Kai's W is his gapcloser. His Q is his knock-up/projectile.

2: He just needed this wake-up call that he isn't the ultimate player all the time. I wouldn't bench him until he has shown that he knows he's negatively impacting the team and not trying to change it.

or by a Renekton, or Fiora, or Lulu...really can´t understand the hype. I mean the comp had been alright for Darius (Sivir-ult-dive-comp), but there are soo many picks right now that are less abuseable and do a better job going in (i somewhat expect Kennen and Lissandra appearing top soonish).

At least Renek is an uncommon pick and Lulu/Fiora is a recent adaptation. Gnar is a literal necessity for every single top laner that wants to be a pro.

well, as this is a relativly new toplane meta it´s hard to call Renek uncommon, as he seems to fit in well. Just like Fiora, that will most likly nor see many players get her twice if they prove they are capable with her. The main point though is that so far noone had managed to find a pick that does not mishandle Darius in lane and they already tried some. Chances are Darius will just lose lane 100% of the time and drag his team down (as since the changes he can´t win short trades anymore, as his dmg is meh without the passive up, and in all ins early on he still needs too long to get the stacks going, so he gets abused by the stronger carrie picks like Fiora (and Jax should work too))...

I mean uncommon as in that most of the players have not practiced at all as Renek. Once people see him more and maybe practice over the 3 day break, we might see more of him.

Ziv called him out after the game saying that he was taking advantage of the fact that Huni doesn't know how to back off when he gets killed. He just comes back for more as if he isn't behind, and it will be a point of weakness for Fnatic moving forward.

That Taum Kench tho... Taum is so good at saving immobile carries like Jinx. We saw that when the Darius got on Jinx, he just destroyed her. But Taum Kench allows Jinx to play aggressively and get out when/if her health gets too low. At the bronze level of play Taum Kench is a liability to your team, but at this level of play he is actually useful.

Yea, props for the Tahm Kench plays. As a Jinx main that kinda shit gets me on because I'd love to have someone like that on my team while I play her. Would finally be able to get into Gold most likely.
