Korea vs China with Korean victory Korea vs China with Korean victory Korea vs Korea with Korean Victory (I might have swapped seasons 4 and 5 around I don't remember) and now its gonna be Korea vs Korea with Korean victory. In those four finals we've seen four teams total, one of them having shown up three times, two twice, and one once.

Exhilarating Korea is killing this games e-sports scene with its tryhard attitude just like Starcraft 2 and it makes me so mad

I dont see any problem with Korea winning every worlds. They are best region, best players. They deserve to win.

There not killing anything that's like saying Brazil kills football for repeatedly winning.

If you want to win you have go best the best and Korea are the best why not just appreciate league of legends plays and mastery like other sports rather than winning?

Oh and it just means other nations need to get a lot better

I hate how people just complain that koreans are better at leagues.

You could get upset at the NA/EU esport competitive scene for not applying the same attitude as these guys do. Koreans are professionals.

Think about it; You're witnessing 2 teams backed by HUGE corporations. Samsung Galaxy and SK Telecom. This is like if Amazon or Comcast or some other major corporation backed an NA team. Until you see that happening... chances are Koreans will dominate just about every esport there is.

I wonder how many people complain that US basketball players dominate the basketball games at world tournaments. Nobody really should since no other country treats basketball the way US treats basketball.

Its the same with Korea and esports.

And WTAF is this "tryhard" jab about? these are PROFESSIONAL ESPORT TEAMS. They make their living off this game. The entire point is to be tryhard but maybe this kinda shows the mentality of NA/EU. They just want their region to win just cuz. In the end, its about how good you are. Period.

They win Ping Pong too. And as long as more people in the USA care more about their local high school friday night football game than world championships in esports or ping pong, it will continue to be like that.

If Korea was in fact killing the esports scene there wouldn't be corporations willing to throw the insane amounts of money they do at them to play so tryhard. You are FACTUALLY wrong.
