I will keep singing the same song; the problem is that there is not enough incentive to play real supports. That's been true, and it will continue to be true until Riot actually fixes that role.
I have faith that they will, but they can't work fast enough on it for me. It's becoming real silly, real fast.

That Camille went 3/5/15 with no offensive items. Early game Camille has no problem removing chunks of hp from bot opponents with just her base damages..

Tbh as soon as i saw her kit i was like "Imma play that as support" every time i chose it as pick intent it was either banned by team even if i was first pick or someone dodged because they thought i was a troll

Simple explanation based on draft phase:
EF firstpicked Camille. FQ shot back with a Poppy, who is VERY strong against Camille in the top lane. (Regardless of LUL CAMILLE.) EF flex picked Swain instead.
To be completely honest, Camille had a ton of assists but didn't do much outside of her ult and her hookshot. Can she work as a support? Sure. Do you want to pick her AS a support? Probably not.
