Can't They Pick Jax into Fiora?

Not sure but I feel Riven is always a risky pick since she relies heavily on gold and can be sketch in teamfights. While Fiora has a damn anti CC and AoE heal.

apparently dumps Fiora because he has jack shit for her to Riposte, but he offers nothing to a teamfight either. I hear is pretty damn good into Fiora also not sure about that one, but she's a reliable teamfighter. I hear dumps Fiora at all stages also and can kite her out in teamfights.

Last in theory wouldn't wreck Fiora? She's totally AA dependent, and Jax has two defense steroids in his W and Grandmaster's might. He takes more time to ramp up, but it's not like he's he spikes a bit earlier and has more teamfight utility.

Jax is literally one of the easiest lanes for fiora he uses his stun, you riposte and he stuns himself, you out damage him easily, and can out trade him / out farm him

When Jax's goes against Fiora he doesn't have a E, becuase its basically impossible to miss Fiora's Riposte against Jax's Counterstrike. Considering that Jax is already some what weak early game you would be giving Fiora a free lane.

Jax can't do a lot. If he jumps on you just Riposte since basic jax combo is Leap > Stun.

I played jax against fiora before and it was nightmare. I am not sure either i suck or he does not counter fiora anymore. However, fiora still can activate her mark while jax is using e. If your e is blocked by fiora's riposte ur deadman. I found shen and gp are good against her. I think fiora is weak against the champ that can poke you down and cant not be poked down by fiora's passive

If not Riposte, Jax would be an ultimate counter to Fiora. But, things are different.

I know Pantheon counters her in lane. Though I think countering her in laning phase doesn't help enough. I keep getting told that once Fiora hits 6 then everything you did in lane doesn't matter. She'll climb back up easily. She has weaknesses and some counters, though I think her best counters don't offer much in the teamfight and late game phases of the game.
