Biofrost did NOTHING this worlds, I think he's one of the main reason TSM didn't make it out of groups. Replace him with Adrian, who is equally good but proved that he don't choke like Biofrost or Aphromoo
There is no best NA roster. We suck at LoL. Stop trying.
LoL if we are talking about the best team we could realistically get, i would say:
Impact Rush Bjergsen Sneaky Aphroomo
Impact was the best NA top laner , Bjerg the best NA mid. Aphroomo is a really good support/shotcaller even if he got caught a lot during worlds Sneaky is one of the best teamfight adc in NA IMO Rush is probably the best jungler that might want to stay NA
The most important thing is for a team who can play like a team. Talk of replace X or change Y means the whole squad has to adapt and change. Teams also need to be able to adapt strategies and composition and have better depth in draft. Finally, no matter the team, at times changes in a patch can alter the landscape and a teams ability to perform. The more a lineup gets changed, the more you force a baseline reset and likely cripple growth.
