2018 changes Make NA great again

Remember when Best of X made NA great and "competitive" as a region ? Oh, I member ................? Just skip OG and FNC from EU in best of 1 that made it to Semi-Finals of Worlds 2015 or the TSM/C9 2014 best of 1 NA format or the best of 1 CLG that went from NA to MSI and placed 2nd. Just skip all that !
