PHOENIX ONE VS IMMORTALS Here's to hoping P1 keeps Meteos as their main jungler as their offense just looks cleaner and runs smoother with Meteos more so than with Inori. P1 are 10-3 with Meteos this split against ( NV C9 CLG DIG and FQ) while also winning 1 game against EF. P1 are 12-8 with Inori. This is really P1's final week to really think about who should start for them as they are facing Team Liquid and Immortals this week but after this upcoming week are going to be facing Cloud 9 and TSM. Immortals are still losing most of their games but are looking strong in those losses so they have some work to do but overall shouldn't beat themselves up too much mainly because they're pretty much toast as far as making playoffs as they have C9-P1-CLG and DIG left on their schedule so staying positive and having a good team synergy for next split should be on their minds as of right now and not playoffs in my opinion.
- Gotta go with the hot hand right in this match up, Picking P1 to win 2-0
TEAM SOLOMID VS ECHO FOX
Echo Fox has always been a team when facing TSM want's them to be split up and not fight TSM really ever honestly and for good reason as TSM are a good teamfighting team, so I do understand why they wouldn't want to fight on their terms.
I do see Bjergsen picking Azir against EF or even Corki as Froggen normally picks up the Corki pick to help him with his passive aggressive style in lane. We've seen a couple weeks back where NV picked up the Corki and done well going 2-0 against Froggen/EF.
Besides the classic Froggen Aniva pick he has picked Corki a large part of this split and has 2-0 TSM with it so either banning it or playing it should be in TSM's mind when facing Echo Fox.
Looper has picked up the Poppy pick when facing some of these top tier teams either internationally or just against NA/TSM. He played Poppy 6 times during the 2016 MSI and done pretty well on her winning 4 out of 6 as well as beating TSM at Worlds on the Poppy as well as earlier this year so TSM needs to be prepared with a possible Poppy pick from Looper.
- Going with TSM 2-0 but it shouldn't be easy.
TEAM ENVYUS VS DIGNITAS Dignitas flipped a new leaf I see starting off 5-12 in total games and flipping it to 11-7 in total games so that's nice considering it's always a Dignitas recipe to start off strong each and every split only to look bad in the second half of their splits. This is pretty much Dignitas's history in the first half 47-36 W/L and this is their second half W/L record 30-56 Oh and this is just QT's record wise 34-22 in first half 23-33 second half just for any QT fans. Team NV are also looking better these days as they gave TL a run for their money or should I say " D-Lift's money" haha, but no really NV did well against TL. I've been impressed by Seraph as of late outside of lane, pre 15 mins HOLY F%%% NV sucks( Seraph/Lira) their dives have been complete garbage as well as NV's focus on the top lane more so than the other lanes have been a vocal point in their split so far.
- Picking Dignitas to win 2-1
CLOUD 9 VS IMMORTALS C9 please stop subbing Impact in and out of the lineup it's clear Impact > Ray and it's already week 8 now and the subbing in/out players should not be the vocal point especially when you're losing to some questionable teams as of late. In Dardoch's first 5 meetings with Cloud 9 he has picked Rek'sai 5 times in a row but hasn't played the champion since and has faced C9 4 other times but has picked 4 different champions each time(Lee-Kha-Hec and Sej) 3-2 with Rek in the fist 5 meetings 0-4 in the previous meetings with all different champions.
- Picking Cloud 9 to win 2-0
ECHO FOX VS COUNTER LOGIC GAMING Nice win for CLG against C9 but they need to keep up as the standings are very close that's for sure. Aphromoo/CLG have beaten Echo Fox in their first previous games 6-0 but are 0-2 against them from this split. Aphromoo picked up Lulu in those defeats(0-2) and with Aphromoo playing Lulu 3 straight games we could see Echo Fox winning again but I doubt it.
- Picking Counter Logic Gaming to win 2-1
TEAM LIQUID VS PHOENIX ONE D-Lift picking up Ezreal in Game 3 against NV showed the pressure was on for TL to make playoffs and D-Lift knew that so picking up a safe pick like Ezreal was very smart but also other things as well. D-Lift seems to play Ezreal when times are desperate or where he needs to perform best against tougher opponents. We've seen him pick Ezreal 5 times at the 2016 IEM where TSM was bad during their split with Yellowstar and TSM just wasn't performing well as well with Arrow picking the Ezreal with great success. Matter of fact Arrow is 6-0 on Ezreal and has played Ezreal 4 straight games in the 2017 LCS so it could be a worthy pick up for TL/D-Lift or something to ban against Arrow/P1. Team Liquid are getting better but their side lane defense is just bad, they tend to forget to defend the sidelines even when ahead and it's concerning.
- Going with Phoenix One 2-0
TEAM SOLOMID VS FLYQUEST TSM doesn't look that great coming into week 8 but compared to FQ they're fabulous(Taric wink). What happened FQ, did teams finally realized it's Hai 1v 9 each game or what? I do think FQ will play better this upcoming week than from previous weeks and they have to cause the playoff race is here and they could be eliminated from playoffs if they keep up playing cheese picks and not working together.
- Picking Team Solomid 2-0
DIGNITAS VS TEAM LIQUID Wouldn't it be cool if Dig contacted QT and called him up for this game between DIG and D-Lift ? Will it happen no but QT might actually have something to say to D-Lift if DIG wins this game/series. Tease ?
- Going with Dignitas 2-0
ENVYUS VS CLOUD 9
We could see Cloud 9 manhandle NV to the point where it might get ugly. While losing to CLG isn't like a slap in the face but the way C9 lost a game with Jensen BM'ing them and the team not knowing when to split push with Jensen was a HUGE slap in the face that's for sure.
Wouldn't be surprised if Jensen gets 15 kills in just 2 games against NV
- Picking Cloud 9 2-0
COUNTER LOGIC GAMING VS FLYQUEST
Hai has picked Orianna 7 times this split and is 2-5 on her and has played her 4 times in the past couple of weeks you know( the turn around from being a good team) so I don't think he will/shouldn't play her here.
CLG needs to be careful with the Lulu Flex pick because Hai has also played Lulu mid against CLG and is 2-0 against CLG when he has picked Lulu not to mention is also 3-1 when playing Zed against them and has been his most played champions since coming into the scene 2013 Summer, so CLG needs to either play or ban out Lulu and Zed from Hai.
- Gotta go with Counter Logic Gaming 2-1
Thank you and Have a good One !
