World finals on October 31st

Okay first of all, i'll start by saying fuck you, seriously, what a joke -_-

but on another note, does anyone know the actual start time on this day for trying to set up viewing parties? is it going to be something like 1am, or closer to 7am? or are they doing it at night in europe so that U.S can see it closer to the afternoon?
