Symbolic. Would totally buy. But I don't think so. Maybe we'll be surprised in the few months from now because why not. Winning team gets an IP boost for their regions if I remember hearing correctly though.
I don't think they ever did a poll for which champion would get a skin, but I assume that there will still be a skin for the winner. I doubt it'd be one of those two though, just to make more variety.
