Will banning Quinn from Huni weaken Immortals at all? Is that why teams are banning her?

no it won't Huni's champion pool is huge, you cannot ban him if you go back and watch his picks in EU its insane and all played to the highest level.
the best thing to do is disrupt the synergy between him and reighnover to weaken them in game.
Not really, no. As GunsIinger said, Huni has a rather large champion pool (and from what we've seen, Huni's Quinn isn't that great). As far as I know, no NA teams are banning Quinn, as no NA team has done well enough on her to warrant it
Banning Huni's Rumble, Hecarim, and (X) other champ didn't help 2 splits ago, banning quinn will do nothing to him. His champion pool is too big (we're talking like, Faker Olaf mid big) Ban Quinn and he destroys you on something else. Hell, I've seen him get solo kills on Lulu
