That's sexist. And I am a female... Woman empowerment is about equalizing the balance between men and women. It's not about putting woman above men, that just creates the same problems for men that held us women down and have been fighting against... Example: Two people, a woman and a man, work together on a job and put in the same amount of work. The man receives $10 for the job and the woman receives $5. An observer (you) acknowledges the indifference then demand the woman receive an additional $10 for that job, bringing the total to $15.... Now why is it okay for the woman to get paid more than the man, but it was wrong for the man to get paid more than the woman? [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Based on what, exactly? Worlds finals had over 100 million viewers last year, you think that would have been higher if the players you barely even see were female? Find some professional level female players that want to play on pro teams and no one would have a problem with it.

Gender specific sports are for athletics. It is a fact that a woman cannot compare to a man physically so this distinction is required for physical sports. In mental ones like board or computer games this distinction is not required.
Let's seperate people based on their gender, looks, race, or length of their second toe.

There's no rule preventing women from joining existing teams. Your stupid #.. Women have the same chance as men in lol esports. There simply aren't as many women playing the game, hence you have less professional female players (though there seem to be a lot of female staff members).
You ask for players to be chosen based on gender, not skill. We dont need that here. Your idea has nothing to do with women empowerement. Imo, it is the exact opposite - preferential treatment for women. Its patronizing.
