IMT shouldn't get ALL the credit for their TSM win...

TSM THREW that game harder than anyone ive ever seen. Had TSM not done that, chances are they would have won.

Why shouldn't they, IMT put themselves in the position to be able to capitalize on TSM's mistake. They all showed up to the baron pit ready to fight for it, and got the better fight. There are probably many teams in the NA LCS that wouldn't have committed to that fight and cleaned it up as well as IMT did.

But had that baron fight not have happened--like it never should have--TSM was slowly overtaking IMT and would have probably put themselves in a better time and place to take baron and ultimately the game, but they didn't. Im not saying IMTshouldnt be commended for capitalizing on a mistake to win the game as anyone should, but such a horrible decision isn't hard to capitalize off of in the first place, especially one such as that.

If i sound like im hating on IMT im not, or if i just sound like a salty TSM fangirl im not even a TSM fan, but i feel they could have won and SHOULD have if not for that one game ending mistake that was utterly avoidable and hearing IMT won it cleanly when they really didnt

By that same logic, one could also conclude that "Had IMT not let TSM keep it close, they would have and SHOULD have won". I would argue that the ability to properly capitalize on mistakes of your opponents isn't just happenstance or chance, it is a practiced effort. To be able to capitalize on a mistake by your opponent, you must first recognize that a mistake was made, THEN you must act quickly and decisively in reply to that mistake.

Perhaps it was TSMs slow movement in overtaking IMT that made the difference. It could have been that TSM didn't fully take advantage of the mistakes made by IMT. We could debate this philosophically ad infinitum.

TSM played very well, and should be proud of that. They were in the game until the end and winning throughout a good portion of it. This game just goes to show, all it takes is one mistake to end the game.

All that aside, boy oh boy, it was a hell of a game to watch! I was on the edge of my seat throughout until the end, after which I was summoner 3 ed

TSM vs IMT was a nice game to watch even though it is clear TSM really messed up at Baron.

We could say that TSM doesn't really earn a victory vs DIG because Billyboss is a sub for SmittyJ...

I wanted TSM to win, but in the end I'm glad they didn't because that just made IMT vs NRG a much better game.

Part of the game is taking advantage of your opponents mistakes, and that's what IMT did, they should get the credit because of that. TSM's excuse "we're a new team" doesn't change anything, IMT is a new team and outplayed TSM.
