Finally a team executed a game well from start to the finish against IMT without choking at some point for some reason, and, surprise, the result is that IMT is not unbeatable even for Western teams

If anything, in the long term this loss could just be beneficial for IMT, as they are now tasting what it means to face a team that is consistent in the entire game, and this can be a big solicitation to push them to raise up even more their play

IMT doesn't come out as a diminished team after this loss, because despite all they still played well, and it took a quite some exceptional plays like the final baron steal by Xmithie to negate them the possibility to come back

P.S. On a more technical note, negate Reignover the mobility advantage in the jungle can be a relevant key for the other team to best IMT given that they can respond to his pressure around the map. The choice to blind pick Gragas and not a mobile jungler backfired hugely for IMT, so to hammer down on this point could be a strategy viable for future IMT opponents - few teams could really plan on beating Huni before the game starts -

They had no answer to Darshan's split push, probably should have banned Fiora.

I'm just now watching the game but I think even in a losing effort wild turtle deserves mvp for the game. With the exception of Stixay all of CLG had really good game but wow turtle played great.

Lets be real here. The only reason they lost that game was because they didnt ban away Fiora from Darshan. She has a what, 14-1 winrate in LCS right now and Darshan has the highest winrate with her i think? If they picked literally any other top laner in the game they would have lost the game.

CLG should change their name to Ichor.

Seems like people are forgetting something. The whole "shut down Huni and reign over" thing is blown out of proportion. Huni likes to take carry champions so he expects help to get him going; if the enemy team can prevent this, Huni runs into trouble. If he takes a squishy carry, he will have a harder time than a champion that's more Tanky.

If Huni picks something more Tanky, you cant just shut that down.
