General Discussion for the semifinal series between Origen VS SKT. Chat boxes are spammed to hell so I figured I'd post a thread for watchers to post their observations.

I'll start with my prediction. I'm calling on an SKT win but I still think there is some upset potential. I kind of want OG to win, but think SKT would make the better finals matchup for FNATIC.

Alright, everyone knew this would happen. OG put up their best fight in game one, but disappointed in the next two games. SKT is a world's finalist!

Mithy is a boss. I remember this guy when he was on the lemondogs, what fantastic games he had. Was their MVP imo. He's been the most successful of the lemondogs allumni afterall. Speaking of LD, i really wish this team hadn't been forced to disband. They were an amazing team. I want another lemondogs to go with my unicorns of love.

Why predict? SKT wins anyway. I don't expect Origen to win or KOO to be in the finals. I'm waiting for the final match.

I already do after seeing how they play KOO will lose to FNC. I do see SKT vs FNC finals. I'll make my prediction based on how they play in the finals. I don't think FNC would pull out of worlds.

Game 3 FAKER! Some pressure there IMO as a loss would suggest he is worse than Easyhoon. This could also energize / galvanize OG. They don't look poised to win a game at this point, but it would be fun to see regardless.

i like what SKT is doing here taking a team fight that wants to be engaged on. Alistar/lee sin/gnar are all engagers. but they'll be running into a rumble ult and ryze aoe damage, tristana knocks away and shen shields anyone who is in trouble. reksai provides vision and map awareness to prevent picks

Standard gank shows OG how to use RekSai effectively. I like how SKT are saying, we'll take your picks and show you how to use them, using REK and TRIST really well.

Ryze is a Faker special. That champ isnt getting picked by anyone else in the tourney. It's a champ that has the lowest win ratio according to lolking. is faker making a statement by playing this arguably weak champion? Is he saying that he will win with the worst champ, showing just how much better he is than the opponents?

Everyone who plays lol knows that Lee Sin falls off late game. He's already showing weakness with his death to faker. doesn't even do an iota of damage.

Game Three Player Rankings

marin: A+ (looked strong in the top lane, netting a lane kill. This is my series MVP) bengi: B (a pretty decent game for the jungler, but shouldnt have allowed amazing to run the map so easily early game) faker: A+ (damn, makes short work of xpeke as i expected, but on a short range dps mage against long range lulu... lol) bang: A (seemed to be a tad bit better than his counterpart. I'd say the ADC position has the most parity in this tournament) wolf: B+ (fine job, but still gets caught out more than he needs to)

soaz: C- (disappoiting result) amazing: B (showed some fire at least... maybe the only one on the team. The team didn't look like they trusted him, particularly xpeke, recalling amazing's death in the river to faker while peke was in the lane) xpeke: C+ (really shouldve done better this game) niels: B (still looked strong in lane... but couldnt be a difference maker, still think jinx wouldve been the better pick) mithy: B- (to be alistar against this counter engage team hurts... still did what he could)
