Are teams allowed to goto the next Worlds if they win
Or do they have to wait a season? Like would SKt be able to attend worlds this year?

They can go to worlds, there isnt a rule against it. You just have to qualify. However there is the curse of the worlds winner, which is that every single time a team wins worlds, they dont make it to the next worlds. SKT if they qualify will be the first to make back to back worlds after winning.
