What if Riot allow the Coach to shotcall on Stage with the Players

They can't play, but they can do shotcalling

I think this only make more sense to which Coach deserve be the better coach rather than just being called "Best Coach" because the players did well

What if TSM coach, Have all the SKT members as his players. And they don't even know what the heck he is saying but still play well on their own and won the split and he just sit his ass off to receive "Best Coach" of the split

Honestly we don't fucking know what the fuck the Coach do beside seeing them on the stage helping with picks and bans

We don't actually get to see what they do

Basically which ever Team win, their coach get name "Best Coach"

yes best coach award is stupid and really doenst need to exist but the coaches wont ever be added to talk during the games, csgo had that untill recently but they just stopped it so i would be very surprised if riot ever makes it a part of the lcs

I do no agree with your assessment of coaches. I think coaches perform very valuable tasks for the team. They prepare players mentally for the games. They set up practice regimens. They do a lot. At the same time, I do agree that coaches should be allowed to have more impact on the game and would love love love to see them in the pit with their teams, making the calls or whatever. Not only is it great drama, but it also allows coaches to feel even more ownership over the performances of the teams. I think if you get a team that no one expects to do well get far in the playoffs or has their team make it to worlds, then you have to consider the impact the coach has made to turn the team around. In those scenarios, I can definitely see a non-champion team having their coach win the award. Imagine if Team Liquid had actually had a decent coach. Just one decent coach. Who knows, they might even have a pendant right now. Seems like a lot of their problems have stemmed from no one being able to really coach Piglet into being a good team member. Pre-piglet there were fiascos too. Like the Elementz vs Saint fight that led to their MVP being kicked from the team (yes, Elementz was their MVP until then. Just look at their win-loss record before and after he left). Deebeesteevee is a big reason the team hasn't been managed well. His overall philosophy just sucks.

I do not follow football, but I think that players are able to hear their coaches via radio helmets. I would find the addition of a "shot-caller" to be beneficial to the LoL eSports environment. The shot-caller could be given a live spectator client that only has vision of his or her own team.
