Downloadable Matches

Not sure if it is the right place, but i want to ask if there is an option to download the competitive matches in a legal way, and if not so i want to ask if it is an option that is in development for the future.

The point is that where i live i don' t have a really good connection and i can' t watch the streams at higher quality than medium ( if i am lucky); i can still watch them on youtube after the live, but that is still a problem because it takes a lot to load at high quality ( and still it is not HD), while if i had the chance to download it not only i could manage better my time but probably i could have access to a better quality than the one offered by youtube, plus on my flat screen TV.

What does the community think about this, in the case is not supported yet?
