One of the most underrated players in LCS history if you ask me from a NA/EU standpoint.
Thanks for the upvote !

Agreed. I always feel bad that NA fans support these Korean import top laners over Darshan when he has time and again proved that he is the best.

Darshan really has that friend attitude about him, you want that if you're a teammate or just about anyone in a competitive level. Is he the "best" debatable, but what isn't is he's demeanor of wanting to get better, and he's shown that each and every split improving from a carry top laner that only cared about himself(Coast 2013) to a more strategic minded player(DIG 2014) to a much overall among all categories(CLG 2015-).

Its neat but irrelevant i think, seeing as none of these guys have been in pro play for the same time frame or even the same seasons and season meta shifts do affect kill ratio ( i.e faker on lulu vs fakers previously undefeated 12/0 lb) For example bjerg is only 100 kills ahead of jensen even though he has a few years more over him, due to meta shifts , and tsm having a different play style than c9 ( mainly that they seem to have slower games, less deaths but also less kills). Play style and champion pool as well as time played are big factors. So i personally think theres to many variables to draw anything conclusive out of it. If you compared per-year or per-split it would probably be a more accurate representation of how players stack up against each other

" For example bjerg is only 100 kills ahead of jensen"

  • Bjergsen has 531 more kills than Jensen, I think you counted the first # in which remember 284(total games) 1,355(Kills) 565(deaths) 1,664(assists) 88,552(CS) I say that because Bjergsen/Jensen are only 114 games apart from your comment of "100" meaning you mixed those around.
Sorry if I'm wrong or misread your post.

Indeed, TSM have always been a slow team but also at times slow as far as Mins played per game also.

That's why I love stats, they show you facts but not the "whole truth". For example Rekkles has one of the fastest CS per game/all time in LCS history around 350- per game in his career, and people go well he's one of the "BEST" at farming, but they don't see just how many 40+mins he has played in his career or ( 40+mins = OT-Overtime). That's the beautiful thing about stats, it's never 100-0 but 50/50 as far as conversations, predictions etc.
I just wish Riot could do what I do for free

Thanks for the comment !

Mabye have misread it a bit but the over all concept still stands. If you consider things like when dyrus was a part of tsm things like maokai, sion and such where the go to tops and it was basically just dumb tanks where top was an island till about 30 minutes in where it was time to teamfight, compared to season 5 where fiora and gp top where common and racked up tons of kills, compared to now where jarvan top is common. Meta shifts have a huge impact on stats. Tank junglers like grag and seju getting swapped for things like kha rengar and elise up jungle kills drastically. I'm still of the opinion that in order to acuratly judge a players stats it should be more recent. For example this season jensen has :K/256 D/57 A/240 Kp/ 78.2% w/ 9.5 cs/min putting him at first over bjergs K/193 D/67 A/261 Kp/ 78.1% and 8.8 cs/min. Stats taken from lolesports na summer split stats. So if you where to take those two, and combine them with the spring split stats it would have a more realistic point of where people actually stand. Because teams change, metas change and stratagies definatly change. Just the players on a team affect how a team preforms like instead of c9 having hai moving around to diffrent roles maintaining one steady roster has netted more consistant wins, and tsm hasnt swapped support or top/jung in a while and has looked more consistant. It's just easier to compare things when there are less factors involved hence why i believe they should only be compared based on which season they played in.

No, I understand what you mean/meant but I just wanted to clarify on the stat part is all. LOL, not on you, I should have done something better so people don't get confused is all.

Now, with your original and may I say great topic/post, with a retort somewhat off topic from yours and I hope you have no ill will towards me but I just post the career stats, um, I know certain things effect such players' stats meta/years etc but it is what it is. So when I see " Its neat but irrelevant" it's not "irrelevant" considering it is what it is.
Certain players even during different meta shifts have also played carry champions, so while Dyrus played more of a tank for his team and champions for such role, the same years 2014 - Darshan played carry champions such as Yasuo, Jax, Shyvanna etc.

Again, I understand your point and it's a valid point but like I said I just post the career stats is all dude, don't be cross with me.

Nah i dont have any beef with you or anything, i just dont see it as having any pourpose other than to say "oh neat" and keep scrolling. Seems like allot of un needed information that you can get from the lolesports webpage yourself without doing all of that. You can literally break it down by season , by searies ect then go to stats and see how each individual preformed exactally. It just seems like youre trying to do something that dosnt really need to be done, is all. Literally all anyone who is intrested has to do is go to lolesports, select their regions of intrest > select stats > pick season. then bam all the information you could need. Then you just take what you want from there and compare it to other regions or seasons. Seems more efficient than doing it all yourself.

Where's the old 2014-15 site/stats ? The old client is nowhere to be found. All-Time stats are nowhere to be found either, so anyone interested in what X player has done through out their whole career(no playoffs included etc) will have to do what I did, but I did it for them is all.
I get what you mean tho, so thank you for the conversation and for not being hot-headed.

yeah its no big deal i just dont personally see any real reason for knowing because the game has changed so much in champions roles and even how you play the jungle that what happened in season 5 isnt really relevant to the current meta anymore and theres alot of new players. Gone are the days of laneswaps or dragons actually being worth gold. It's just an entirely diffrent beast. But i suppose it would be cool just for the sake of knowing.

Indeed, everyone has their interests and niche of sorts. Let me ask you a question if you don't mind - the NBA has changed from the dominate big-men to a more small ball for the past 3-4 years, should the NBA not calculate or add up stats of such players because of that change ?
Same thing can be said about League, some players are in the "carry jungle meta" for 1-2 splits but if they play for X amount of time in the league they too will experience different meta's also.
