Like last year when NA was running middle-top of the pack in week 1, then straight up drop the ball to get eliminated.

No, there is only one tiebreaker. So one team is like immediately eliminated.

Not at a threeway tie. The team with the shortest average wintimes will end in the last tiebreaker. Other two teams play a tiebreaker aswell too determine who goes trough for the final tiebreaker.
