Meteos is back?

I was looking over the team rosters for the summer split starting this weekend and i saw Meteos on the C9 roster as a secondary/substitute jungler. Is this accurate does anyone know? Or am i misunderstanding something?

He's back to replace Rush because C9 got Impact, and Jensen is (I think) their second import, so they can't use Rush until one of them is grandfathered in. Unless of course they replace Impact/Jensen with Balls/Hai respectively, but we'll have to see how everything goes with Bunny's shot calling.
