I mean like srsly how is fun to watch 2 patches behind,how hard it is to play on 8.6 at least

They made it clear that NA and EU specifically would be playing on 8.5 with Kai'Sa disabled for playoffs and that's pretty much due to timing and competitive integrity. Since that time passed long enough for other regions coming into playoffs, they're playing on 8.6. Lastly, 8.7 just came out. No region could play on that as is.
