Brand dmg without items is ridiculous

I just played a game vs brand mid who had literally 55 farm in 20 mins,he didnt even bother to farm and was one whole item behind all the other players, he just had and till 21 min AND YET at the end game dmg graph no one was even close to his dmg to champion numbers. Not to start when he is played as supp yuo dont even need to have any skill just just cast all spells and suicide and YOU WILL ANNIHILATE 60% of enemies HP. I know he is immobile and all that but he is too forgiving even if yuo get caught just cast all spells and you done your job,riot rly gotta rework his dmg be dependent hard on AP.

Im not saying he is too op or unbalanced ,he is just way too easy and forgiving,compare him to Xerath for example he is also immobile and has a tons of dmg but if yuo do a mistake and get caught you cant do anything but thats not the case for Brand

The difference is that Veigar has to do something aside from "be near minions when they die" to increase his damage (stacking with Q), his base damage isn't that incredible, it's mostly his scalings that give him so much burst. Brand just has high base numbers.

base damage ? his passive you mean . he cant even wave clear properly with his base damage . If you get caught by his three hit passive yes you will receive lot of damage but its only dat .

Veigar's issue is all the power loaded into his ult. That shit "executes" you if you fall below 50% early, 66% mid, and 75% late game unless you can afford to stack more than 1 MR item.

I have to agree , but being immobile is his weakness ? lol no he is even a nightmares for assassins , stunned isn't hard with him , and if you get stunned , you die he can 1 vs 1 anyone with item 3010 only

item 3151 +10% dmg over time while in combat Brand's Passive = % Max HP dmg

Couple the two and what do you get? Tons of % Max HP DMG! The best dmg that there is!

Have you seen Swain 's damage without items? Landing E lets him hit W and Q, letting him deal half of his opponents health at level 5 or so. This isn't me complaining, I've been spamming him for a little while now.
