So mid Jayce is unplayable after 8.6
He is the only 
user who didnt get any compensation So i guess Riot doesnt wanna see him mid anymore since he must build duskblade on mid.He is only top champion from now i guess with more of a bruiser build.

He was never a forced duskblade user. They buffed champions who required the item to do well. Jayce builds Youmuu's first typically and can opt into duskblade, but it wasn't required/his kit wasn't balanced around it number wise. Jayce was buffed/nerfed independently of Duskblade, while champs like Kayn, Talon, Zed, Rengar and Kha'zix had their kits tweaked every time any lethality change, especially duskblade, came through. Those champions are melee, all in champs. They provide nothing for their team unless they jump in the middle of a team to eliminate a high priority target, and duskblade added the burst required to tone their kits down. Jayce isn't like them, Jayce has other optimal builds and can still perform his job extraordinarily well without jumping in and assassinating. There's lots of Duskblade users. Riven could build it, Lee sin, lots of Vi, a couple ADCs could use it very well, etc. But only assassins actually require it to be a fully functioning champion, something many high ELO assassin mains have problems with and why they actually wish the item was deleted. Yes Duskblade helps with Jayce's 1v1, it helps with everyone's 1v1. But he's not a 1v1 champion, nor an assassin. He's a fighter, and fighters can use it well, but it's never required. Assassins have their kits balanced around Duskblade's damage being factored into the combo.
false pantheon builds that too, but he's already garbage so it doesn't really matter i don't think you can go lower than panth now, literally the worst champion in the game
Or just go back to "regular" manamune / crit Jayce.
