Tardzaned deserve a perma ban if what Riot says to be truth about his toxicity
As we all know or especially those who have been punish before for toxicity like myself. We know that "Toxic Chat-Log" are collected and do not reset. (RIOT PROBABLY ONLY RESET CHAT-LOG AND TOXICITY AFTER EACH SEASON TO ALLOW REFORM) Unless you reach perma ban already for that Season then maybe not.
Let's pretend or say that if you have 10 game of toxicity in Chat to get suspension and then another 10 toxicity game before perma ban.
Tardzaned confirm he's been 14 day ban before, and his toxicity still continue after that. But he didn't get no perma ban LOL?
Let's say that his suspension was months ago as he say so himself. But still, its still in his account record of him being suspended. It doesn't reset his account or anyone's punishment. I'm sure he has plenty of toxic game where he should have been perma ban already but Riot doesn't want that.
And the other part is let's pretend I have a toxic chat in these different dates:
06 - 11 - 16
07 - 11 - 16
08 - 20 - 16
08 - 30 - 16
10 - 01 - 16
10 - 20 - 16
11 - 01 - 16
11 - 10 - 16
12 - 10 - 16
So from these time period are where I have toxicity. And then for days that aren't date is when I didn't have any toxicity in Chat recorded.
What I'm trying to say here is, even if you haven't been toxic for 10 day or months. Your "Toxic Chat-Log" or just Toxicity in general doesn't reset. Its stack up. And when you reach the amount of toxicity in the game, your receive your punish such as Restricted Chat-Log or 14 days ban or Perma Ban.
Some of you may think, I have a toxic game during this month of time and then you stop being toxic for a whole month. It doesn't matter. Riot don't care if you reform for a whole month or 2 or 3 or 4. Your toxicity stack up for that whole Season at least in my guessing.
Not going to lie, I thought so the same that if I haven't been toxic for this many month maybe I won't get punish. So when I first got suspended, Riot fucking give me my "Toxic Chat-Log" that are so far distant date from each other.
They give me my toxic chat-log from 2 month ago, 1 month ago, and my recent toxic chat-log. And told me I was too toxic. LOL They were so far distant but that didn't matter because it was "TOXIC"
