EU is ruined
Honestly, the current status of EU is horrible. I have to put a lot of blame on a Riot. Stop trying to imitate real sports by allowing so many players to leave EU

If they want to leave and represent a different Country or just leave because they want to leave who should tell them no ?
Why shouldn't they let people leave if they want to?
You imply that EU has all the talent supplying every other region; a good wakeup call would be watching yellowstar trying to join a top tier team like tsm; dragging them down, they canned his ass got someone with a ball sack and are a top tier team again, whether or not they're better internationally we'll see, but that's a good wakeup call when you think your EU talent is leaving. EU is just a weak region overall
