Almost every other team is a new roster in them, and they are performing better, or bad. And I don't hear them using the same excuse.

Just look at immortals
I think the problem lies in coaching. Every time my employees fail to deliver, I always ask my self "did they fail me as employees or did I fail them as a manager?". More often then not, I find it's my fault. I think that TSM obviously knows what they're doing, and their methods have merit, but it's pretty obvious that they're not adapting to their players' needs when a team like IMT can be in literally the exact same situation as them and be vastly superior. Turtle seemed ho-hum as Regi's adc, now he's literally the new lift-lift.
Wait, who is TSM? Are they a new team? I've heard of Immortals, but everyone knows who Immortals is.
look at thier gameplay they have shot calling problems, my suspicion is yellowstar who is now meant to shot call is trying BUT does not have Bjergs full support so he or someone is disagreeing in-game, they look like two different entities to me.
