Hey guys, if anyone watched that match, just had a few questions. What did Huni do wrong that game? Or did he play fine? Was he toe to toe with Fiora (Darshan) even though he was behind? I as thinking that he would dominate Fiora to be frank.
Immortals didn't do anything wrong in that game, really. It's just a good example of how a game can be "lost" in the first few moments if Fiora (pre recent nerfs) gets a couple early kills. Her nerfs (her kit, and titanic hydra) can attest to how crazy she got, you can see how she doesn't sacrifice damage when building to be a tanky split pusher.
The fact that Immortals almost saved that game shows how strong a team they actually are.
CLG abused a broken strategy that weekend. No one was ready for it, or had a counter.
You can maybe make the argument that IMT was becoming complacent/over-confident, but they still played well.
