Shoutcasters

Please, encourage your shout casters to be less biased when they comment. Its fine if the personally think something but it's annoying when they are shout casting a game and base everything off "Well, Team X won't beat Team Y, but they made a decent play by doing Z.. Too bad they are just Team X and Team Y is so much better and could never lose no matter what unless they make some sort of terrible mistake.
