We have to hire Korean players to be competitive. EU has 2.5 times the player base we do. Further, what strength we do have as a region is not spread over all 5 positions necessitating foreign players. Further, pretty much the best players in EU all got on G2 and formed a superteam. The rest of EU is weaker for it.
