It really depends on the player more than the champion.

There are games where sivir just instantly wave clears with a single auto attack and then every one sits around for 15 seconds waiting on the next wave which is just terrible to watch. Then a different pro player picks sivir and is constantly using the ult to make plays all over the map.

I'd say I hate watching Oriana most of the time when her shield forces a passive laning phase, but in clg's prime they used to do the most absurd alistar/oriana combo players that were a joy to watch.

Last season doublelift's kalista was just awful to watch where the ult was just a, "yellowstar got caught again" and at the same time piglet was being just an absolute monster on the champion.

My fav is MonkeyKing but LCS players know what item 2043 is so rip.

With shorter games the "late game" wu just isn't possible as it once was.
The "fighter" champs with no real cc or slows also keeps him on the bench. Mana and Hp pool are super low. Needs 2 items to be a viable tank. 0 sustain and needs item 3074 to do so but by that point it may be rough in a 1v2 lane swaps.

His (decoy) is kinda weird you can sometimes see him when you don't even have a pink so idk if that's a bug or what.

Least fav champion Irelia does way too much damage and has really EVERYTHING in her kit. Damage-Slows-Stuns-Gap closer annoying to watch.

Regarding the current meta...

Favorite: Jhin Illaoi Kennen Syndra and Twitch . TBH there's more than five for me, but these 5, I feel, can make really big plays.

Least Favorite: Viktor Lucian Elise and Trundle ; I just don't feel like these champions do anything amazing and are boring to watch. I can't think of a 5th one, tbh.

Favorites(1 for each role): Rumble RekSai Zed Kalista Bard

Least favorites: Trundle Olaf Viktor Sivir Braum

My favs are those because they have really high skill cap and watching these highly skilled players use them is always entertaining.

My least favs are those because they have one real play style that's so boring to watch (I.E. watching waveclear bots for 20 minutes.) or they go balls to hte walls and hope for the best by pressing R.

Then Braum because he'll just stall the game by denying waveclear, poke, enagage and just overall making a boring viewing experience.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not saying pros don't ever make flashy or awesome plays with these last few, i'm just saying they don't happen as often as others and more often than not just make really slow paced games.
