Do any NA teams have a good chance of getting out of the group stage?
Between CLG, TSM, and C9, what do you all think about NA teams having a chance to escape the group stage?

C9 has basically no chance. They are in the toughest group.
TSM has a slim chance, but they have to beat KT to do it.
CLG has the best chance, and should be able to make it out.
Not TSM or C9.
CLG does have, but if you consider that KOO will win both matches, than you have CLG 4-2 at best, and 2 teams that can Kabum them. it is not as safe as people say, i expect to have a Tie break in group A
I give CLG a 55% chance (flashwolves and pain will give them a run for their money without xmitihie)
I give TSM a 10% chance because they would have to beat KT and they are not known for doing well vs korean teams and that is the 3rd seed in a tight region
I give C9 a 1% chance because they would first off have to beat fnatic and THEN beat one of the 2 best teams in the history of league of legends, as a 7 seed
no
Honestly no
CLG being #1 seed from NA means they have the easiest group. Pretty sure they will likely do the best out of other NA teams. Yet, I think TSM and C9 would do better if they had that same seed.
Anyways, read up on what Jatt said. His analysis was on point
See, I think C9 stands a chance only because of how different they are from the other NA teams. While many can point to their 7th place finish (which probably wouldn't have happened if they had used this "version" for the entire summer and not just half of it) as a deterrent, their usage of new meta champions (amumu) should give people optimism as it shows that they're probably the best at being able to adapt to what is going to be a patch that's been out for 2 weeks or so.
After seeing the eu finals, I'm kinda worried about fnatic. They couldn't master gangplank as effectively and seemed to be trailing a bit in the early game of all of their matches. If teams can catch on and punish their mistakes as much as origin did, then they could very easily finish last.
CLG has a decent chance, TSM and C9 would need a major miracle.
CLG will be the only team to go out of groups.
No chance for C9 - the other 3 teams just outclass them currently by a considerable margin.
TSM is in the hardest group. Almost the same as in the C9 case. They are getting outclassed but not as much as in the C9 case.
To be fair, if TSM or C9 were in group A they had a very good chance of getting out, C9 after a tie-breaker though (imo). CLG would've had a chance if it was in Group B and D, though.
CLG is the only one with a chance.
