What the BS was THAT ending?

FlashNeko··1 votes·1,005 views

Okay, so Akadian and Smoothie aren't even halfway across the map while Baron empowered Echo Fox is at the inhibitors and then suddenly, with no teleport or Tahm Kench Ult used, they just blip against the Nexus and win?

Riot, if you gotta fix TSM games so they can win against Echo Fox, maybe they're not worth fixing games for.

Except, like I said, they didn't use that either! Like, at no point did it show being used on the mini-map.

Boy you can see Smoothie's ult proc. Stop spewing your bull shit!

so just to be clear you think it's more likely that riot somehow teleported both living members of tsm to the nexus so that they could win than it is that you just didn't see tahm use his ult?

also you didn't say that before, you edited your initial post after I said I that.

OP is in denial. Pro View can prove the ult and OP will still bellyache about it. Analyst desk even showed it.

Let em wallow in the salt mines is what I've concluded

On a live broadcast in front of hundreds of thousands/millions of eyes.

I actually edited it right after I posted it, realizing I'd forgotten to add that, and apparently at the same time yours was going through. It was not my intent to seem like I was trying to mislead you and I'm sorry if it came off that way.

Only they had a Kench Ult. That is how that works dude. Turn off your hate boner. TSM played to close smart with the only remaining option they had left.

Except it never showed on the map and they conveniently aren't showing replays of it from Pro View or anything, so I'm suspicious.

Do me a favor:

  1. Go to Youtube

  2. Rewind the cast

  3. TRY to look closely at the Tahm Kench ult icon

If that doesn't work, please stay salty dude

  1. I did.

  2. Multiple times to be sure.

  3. It never showed.

So I guess I'm staying salty. Shrug

Then watch the analyst desk segment where they actually showed Smoothie casting the ult to the Nexus

Meh.

Okay, I see it there. Sorry.

Still salty but just due to the normal levels of the casters wanking TSM endlessly instead of what I legit thought looked like a fixed game (or at least a really convenient visual bug.)

My bad, i guess.

People still watch this garbage?

GeminiRune1 votes

Yes. Albeit this game: seen better, seen worse.

DOUBLE TAPPED E1 votes

Yeah, but who's playing? Not their names or where they're from, or their role or team history....

Who are they?

The current rosters of players on most teams are a bunch of ghosts. I couldn't care less about any of them because I don't know anything about them. They rarely stream, with a few notable exceptions, and they don't post anything on youtube, or really interact with the community in any meaningful way.

Why should I care who wins or loses when I can't get invested?

I was big into TSM back in the day because between LCS events you could tune in to watch Turtle smurf in soloQ, and Dyrus was always posting some meme video on his channel. They were people. I got to see their sense of humor, hear their thoughts about the game, and be there for the ups and the downs.

Now? Nothing.

It seems you're a viewer who invests only for personality rather than history or the competition in general. Basically one who was of the old school competitive interest in which that luster is long gone.

Notice how a lot of present day NA personalities are former or never were pros. And that just comes with the increase in professional satire with every passing year. Content is often made with the organization rather than the sole pro player, especially during on-season play.

Nothing wrong with it though. Long story short, if you're looking to invest by player personality, you're probably best to be a Doublelift or EU fan these days or bust
