Why is group B being skipped?

I was all excited to see group B, but for some reason group B got moved to sunday. Why did group B get moved back? wasn't it originally A B C D?

Riot is fan of ACDC so they wanted to make their groups like that. Turned out they couldn't take C twice so they chanced the last C to B. No one will notice.
