Lots of online friends want to watch the LCS together but everyone is always a few seconds apart. Is there a way to syncronize twitch?

Buy a Big Screen. Attach an Xbox 360 or Xbox One to the TV. Install Twitch. Watch LCS. Everyone sees it at the same time! Profit?
