Dignitas vs Flyquest
FQ's strongest point this split has been Balls, Dignitas' has been Ssumday. Nothing against Balls but Ssumday is much better than he is, so giving Dignitas the win from just a lane match up standpoint is nothing personal. FQ just can't ever seem to actually play as a team, they're already eliminated from playoffs in my opinion FQ are but hopefully they'll surprise me.
Winner Dignitas 2-0
Echo Fox vs Team Liquid
Could see another win for TL this weekend surprisingly, that's if the team can actually rotate better than Fox. Say what you want but EF at times are excellent when it comes to pressure and rotations(Slow at times but still rotations) TL needs to pick up the speed and play their speed against EF are they will lose.
Winner Team Liquid 2-1
Phoenix One vs Immortals
P1 has been looking better as of late, while Immortals have looked like SKT on their worst day(a compliment). People are saying how bad P1 looks and how bad they will preform at Rift Rivals and while it may be true I wouldn't be surprised if P1 actually out performs one of two other NA teams( we all know which team that is ? ). Xmithie's shotcalling vs Xpecial's and while both have been around for years I think Xpecial's will win out for the most part.
Winner Phoenix One 2-1
Counter Logic Gaming vs Cloud 9
It's really simple CLG have looked more and more horrible as the weeks go on but vice versa for C9 on the opposite side. C9 has issues with Contractz and Impact while Darshan and Dardoch have looked good for CLG. Every lane kinda cancels each other out as far as production and stats etc but CLG tends to either have Darshan split push or group that's the only two strategies CLG seems to know for the most part and it's getting worse like I said as the weeks continue. This has not been the CLG that I expected were going to go like 13-5 #1 in the split, they're looking to be like #4 11-7 or something when it's all said and done it seems.
Winner Cloud 9 2-0
Team Solomid vs Immortals
Like you said " A lot of good matches this week" and I couldn't agree more. Each week IMT wins and each week I seem to say " Ok, if IMT beats X team I'm a believer" and IMT beats X team, the following week " OK, for real this team if IMT beats X team I'm a believer" and again and again. It's safe to say I still not 100% confident on IMT - they're a good team but can they win the split is the question - will they I don't know ...... yet. If Immortals beat Team solomid 2-1 they will make it to the Finals, if Immortals win this match up 2-0 they will win NA Finals if Immortals loses against Team Solomid they won't make it to Finals is my prediction and final result for Immortals.
Winner Team Solomid 2-1
Phoenix One vs Team Envyus
My eyes will be on Xpecial and Hakuho to make plays happen for their teams and it could be a battle of outplays between the two supports. Xpecail has been old man river for the most of his career and while it is true Xpecial just hasn't been the same player since leaving TSM back in 2014 Spring he has been a monster as of late in his career on much worse teams.
Xpecial's stats and production as of late isn't far off from his overall average career stats
0.755(Kills per game) 2.687(deaths per game) 9.54(Assists per game) 32.7(CS per game) Career(not including 2017 Summer)
0.625(Kills per game) 3.375(deaths per game) 9.75(Assists per game) 69.5(CS per game) 2017 Summer stats
As many problems as P1 has and for an older player to come in at support of all lanes and produce as he has is commendable to say the least.
Winner Phoenix One 2-1
Team Liquid vs Counter Logic Gaming
The most passive team in the NA LCS vs the most aggressive. In almost every stat line as a team CLG are either #1 or in the top 3 as far as objectives while TL are around that 7-10th themselves. To name a few
Kills CLG #1 - TL #10
Towers taken CLG #3 - TL #10
Dragons per game CLG #2 - TL #10
Barons per game CLG #4 - TL #10
Winner Counter Logic Gaming 2-0
Team Envyus vs Dignitas
More looking forward to possibly see Seraph and Lod shake hands more so than this game honestly, but it still should be a decent series to say the least. NV at times looks like they could make it into playoffs while sometimes they look like they should be the last placed team.
Winner Dignitas 2-0
FlyQuest vs Echo Fox
If we're ever going to get an 80 min game or long series this could be the time, whenever Hai faces Froggen it tends to be a slow and methodical pace to their games. In their first 7 encounters Hai is 5-2 vs Froggen but Froggen is 4-3 against Hai in their last 7 fights. Hai 8-6 -Froggen 6-8
To round it I'm going to say a 36 min game, and one of the shortest games also say around 24 mins.
Winner Echo Fox 2-0
Cloud 9 vs Team Solomid
Both teams are looking like themselves but one team has to lose it's that simple - I'm actually going to say both teams could pull out weird picks to just gain experience for RR the following week, so we could see some cheese picks, strategies, lane swaps etc just to keep the EU teams on their toes.
Winner Team Solomid 2-1
