2016 proplay question
with the new recent changes/buffs rework of quinn, can we perhaps see her in 2016 competitive play, LCS, worlds etc?

Quinn is still in the process of getting nerfed so it's hard to tell if pros will be playing her and the new season however the All-Stars which we taking place next month will be playing on this patch (or last patch 5.22) so you'll be able to see there if she stands in the meta.
Technically, yes.
She'll probably end up being seen in the Spring Split as a splitpusher/zone control mid laner, likely paired with a Rumble/Ryze/Kennen/Lissandra top lane and/or a Corki/Vayne ADC. Her ult is very good to get places quickly with.
Assuming that towers don't get buffed and Quinn doesn't get nerfed, I would absolutely expect her to be chosen competitively.
Urgot and Yorick were played so hey, anything is possible, maybe even
