Worlds casters and Jinx?

Well every kill after her first resets her passive speed leading to more kills.

Because it works like a reset.

Because it is a simple, conscise way to say it that no one can misunderstand? Do you want them to say 'When Jinx gets a kill or assist on a tower or player, a script is triggered in the games client. This script causes her movement to increase by X units/time. This in turn allows her to have greater threat against her opponents because she is now faster.

because it works exactly like the reset on tris jump and allows Jinx to just clean up everything, snowballing small fights into huge advantages (which is why i really don´t like the mechanic).
