I am really happy that Riot is going away from best of one. I find it Interesting, and understandable that Riot chose Bo3 for NA LCS, but Bo2 for EU LCS. I understand how here in the USA we find Tie games to be unacceptable, but I am curious, can any EU Fans state their opinion on Bo2? How do they feel about Tie games? What do you think about the added work load on the Pros? I know of several who already dont like traveling to LA to do 2 games a week, now they have to do potentially 6 games a week.

Excuses to justify NALCS running on 3 days in the weekend primetime slots while EULCS running 2 days on weekdays on bad air times

Bo2 vs Bo3, honestly changes relaitvely little and each own as its merits, and both can give more experience in playing in BoX series vs Asian teams in international competitions (not that this really mattered before when Western teams meet Koreans or other Asian regions, but is anyway better to being accustomed to them than not), so there isn't really a problem with the format, if not that gives more exposition to NALCS which means more money to NA orgs than to EU orgs - and given how the two leagues are supposedly being even it is not likely fair, given that this also comes on top of having better air time slots -

P.S. The explanation of ties in European sports is one of the most incorrect and laughable things ever

Well, Europe watches more soccer (football) than us, and many of those end in ties. Alternatively, most American sports have many ways to not end in ties (high scoring), and if they do, overtime exists in everything. Even in an OT tie, only the NFL can end in a tie (of the big 4 sports).

The pros playing on Friday (4 teams a week) will have to go an extra day. That's pretty much the only problem I can see there. It is a lot of games, but I doubt it's much worse than C9 playing 14 games in 3 days for the Worlds qualifier.
