If you look in the top right of the screen you can just make out a face in the smoke, maybe a zed shadow. You can also see an orange shoulder to the right of the 'mask' making me think its more likely a human male champ, like zed. Still think project bard should be a thing though!

Next champion isn't ready (or rather, Riot isn't ready). They said they're focused on preparing for Worlds and can't bring in a new champion atm, so the gap between Tahm and the next will be longer than others.
