So, there are a number of problems for me. Between this, the random other bugs, and the mess ups with the Clash roll out, it either seems as though your eyes are bigger than your stomachs or that you aren't properly bug testing...or both. That is not how you run a company, it's not how this game should be run, and it's increasingly frustrating that this is becoming the norm. It's getting to the point where it's no longer IF something's going to screw up but WHEN something is going to screw up.
This is especially frustrating for me when you have a system where you're gatekeeping one mission behind other missions - if you can't finish something up, you're stuck behind that particular mission. It's not a reward to have "well, you were playing but we couldn't keep up with the progress, but guess what, you get to play MORE, isn't that great?". If you really cared about the missions, you'd comp the mission people were on and the one after it - and then give them the opportunity to complete those missions on the tail end of the event to double down on them.
By and far, this is speaking out of frustration, but at this point I'm almost of the opinion if you can't roll something out without being sure there aren't major bugs, don't roll it out. And I feel like "Oh, missions aren't progressing" is one of those easy-to-spot major bugs.
