Hello everyone. With ARURF+ sticking around for another 4 weeks, we decided to do some additional balance changes and adjustments to make sure the mode is as fun as possible. Below you can find the full list of changes, as well as JUST what’s new to 9.5.

FULL CHANGE LIST - CHAMPIONS Aatrox : +20% damage & -20% damage taken Ahri: -8% damage Akali: +15% damage & -10% damage taken Alistar: +5% damage & -10% damage taken Anivia: +15% damage, Passive CD set to 60 sec Alistar: W stun expires as soon as target lands. Aurelion Sol: +10% damage & -10% damage taken, Stars increased to 4/5/6 Azir: Capped at 3 soldiers, and W CD changed to 4.8/4.4/4/3.6/3.2 sec Bard: +20% damage & -10% damage taken, Chimes for upgrade set to 2 and CD set to 6sec Brand: Q stun duration reduced to 1 sec. Braum: +10% damage & -25% damage taken Camille: +10% damage & -10% damage taken Corki: +10% damage, Passive CD is 8 minutes initial and 60 sec after use Darius: +10% damage & -10% damage taken Elise: +10% damage & -10% damage taken Evelynn: +20% damage Fizz: -5% damage Gangplank: +15% damage Garen: -10% damage Gnar: +10% damage & -10% damage taken Hecarim: E CD now starts when ability ends Heimerdinger: -5% damage Illaoi: +5% damage & -15% damage taken Irelia: +5% damage & -10% damage taken Ivern: +10% damage & -15% damage taken Janna: Q base CD set to 4.8 sec at all ranks. Jayce: -5% damage Jhin: +20% damage KaiSa: -5% damage Kalista: +20% damage Karthus: -15% damage Katarina: +15% damage & -10% damage taken Kassadin: Riftwalk max stacks is 2. LeBlanc: +10% damage Leona: +5% damage & -10% damage taken Malzahar: -8% damage Maokai: Limited to 5 saplings Master Yi: -5% damage & +5% damage taken, Q CD starts when ability ends. Mordekaiser: Shield gain reduced by 25% Morgana: -8% damage Nocturne: -5% damage Ornn: +10% damage & -25% damage taken Quinn: +15% damage Rammus: +10% damage & -10% damage taken RekSai: +5% damage & -20% damage taken Rumble: -10% damage, Not silenced while overheated but doesn't have danger zone bonuses. Shaco: Limited to 6 boxes Shen: E CD begins when the move is complete or interrupted. Sion: +10% damage & -15% damage taken Sivir: -8% damage Sona: Global CD fixed at 0.5sec, Passive damage halved, W shield is 50% as effective and only 60% CDR. Syndra: -5% damage Tahm Kench: +20% damage & -25% damage taken, Q only gains 60% CDR Taliyah: +15% damage Teemo: Limited to 12 mushrooms Thresh: +10% damage & -10% damage taken, gains 3 souls per pickup Udyr: +10% damage & -15% damage taken Urgot: +15% damage & -10% damage taken Vladimir: -8% damage WuKong: -5% damage Xayah: -5% damage Yasuo: +15% damage & -10% damage taken Zac: -15% damage taken, Passive CD set to 60 sec Zed: -10% damage Zilean: +20% damage, Q base CD set to 3.6/3.3/3/2.7/2.4 sec and stun duration reduced by 0.6sec. Zoe: +10% damage

FULL CHANGE LIST - RUNES Dark Harvest CD - 12 seconds (from 45) & Damage per soul to 2 (from 5) & Base damage to 15-55 (from 20-60) & AP Ratio to 0.1 (from 0.15) Electrocute CD - 10 seconds (from 25) Predator CD - 80-50 seconds (from 150-100) Ghost Poro CD - 25 seconds (from 60) Taste of Blood CD - 10 seconds (from 20) Kleptomancy - Adjusted probabilities to match game time Magical Footwear - Granted at 6 minutes (from 10) Biscuit Delivery - Granted every 1.5 minutes (from 3) Minion Dematerializer CD - 2 min (from 4) Perfect Timing - Initial CD 4 minutes (from 10) Aftershock CD - 15 seconds (from 35) Grasp of the Undying - Gives 15/9 HP (from 5/3) Demolish CD - 30 seconds (from 45) Conditioning - Starts at 6 minutes (from 10) Phase Rush CD - 10 seconds (from 15) Nimbus Cloak CD - 30 seconds (from 60) Nullifying Orb CD - 30 seconds (from 60) Gathering Storm - Gain stats every 4.5 minutes (from 10)

FULL OTHER SYSTEM CHANGES Elder Dragon Buff: Burns for 90 true damage over 3 seconds. Bonus damage to towers is 50% as effective. Empowered Elder Dragon Buff (2 stacks): Burns for 210 true damage over 3 seconds. Empowered Elder Dragon Buff (3 stacks): Burns for 270 true damage over 3 seconds. Early Surrender - Can 5 person surrender at 8 minutes or 4 person at 10 minutes. Early Homeguard - Homeguard is enabled from the start of the match. Bonus Tower Damage - All champs do increased damage to towers. Teleport Disabled - You can no longer pick this summoner spell.

I got to say I find it funny right now the amount of work you are doing to AURF is probably more than what you have given Twisted Treeline in three years

If at the end you are balancing the OP champions in ar urf, at least give us back the option of selecting champions because what is the use of balancing some champions if you can not even get them because of the randomness of the system but this time with the increased ban system? URF isn't supposed to be balanced nor ever intended to have balance. Wasn't it good enough making the mode random so now games can end at champion select? Trying to add balance to an intentionally unbalance game mode just feels, silly.

It's honestly a little sad that Riot is spending all this time balancing URF and they won't give Twisted Treeline a single days worth of attention.. We've been complaining about funnel comp being way too strong on this map for years. URF is a temporary gamemode while Twisted Treeline has a Ranked queue.

The only thing you needed to do was remove the Uber Dragon and Baron. That's it.

This is an entire waste of time. We don't need each individual champion to be "balanced" in URF mode. That's kind of the entire point, is the absurdity and nonsense of it.

I think, why AURF - why is it still random, when most heroes are repeated in the next match. Why can it not be something else, for example you can choose one character and then you have to take another one. Character, which we played get blocked until we play the rest of the characters we have in the pot.

shame, i was hoping to see a change with the cannon to make it not as easy to instant kill a target upon their landing. feels like spawn killing and takes away from a lot of the fun of urf.

I'm kind of curious what riot's opinion on transcendence as a rune practically being mandatory for most champs here - the ad/ap it gains is just insane late, but i didn't see any changes one way or the other. Additionally, Spear of Shojin is just fucking insane in some ways but seems to remain fairly consistent in the cool-down comparatively to normal, especially in regards to the reduction for items like Protobelt, gunblade, etc. Lastly, any input on the strength of certain items compare to others, such as Edge of Night versus Banshee's veil or Zhonyas versus Guardian angel (guess that reads as active items just generally being better than Passive items) - or plans to incorporate other items that were removed, like ZZ'rot? I gotta admit, ZZ'Rot seems a lot worse with the Champion Canon.

Also I am really enjoying the golden spatula club benefits - is that continuing? I forgot to check and I'm too lazy to scroll up.
