Mods can you permaban the people spamming gameplay?

I'm impressed on how many alts they have. Good job Riot for letting people create so many alts.

Its just a guy with hacked accounts, just IP ban him man.

1. Spam: To send multiple emails with unwanted content from the same mail.
2. Flooding: To flood a text box with text making it hard to filter out the important data.

Dont you mean flooding when you say Spam? Also, why doesnt riot tell you about tihs? I made a thread expalining this a year ago. You can also read up on it yourself "Flooding" <- Google.

It may be hacked accounts. I wouldn't go for banning all of them but eh.
