remove the ability to vote on posts from the main boards page.

seriously, what does this do except encourage mindless downvoting of things you haven't even read. the ability to up or downvote a post should be exclusive to those who have at least entered the page and preferably spent an amount of time actually READING. that would cut down on the boards being full of "thoughtful idea post #234" having 12 views and 75 downvotes while "LOL MFW YOU DONE reused meme of the hour #7654" having so many upvotes.
