Hypothetically, if I wanted to be a staff member for the boards, would my posts now affect that?

Obviously there's a different standard in terms of posting for staff and for the regular folk. I generally try to be helpful with my posts, but sometimes I'll lightly insult or meme with people, and say things that wouldn't cut it for a staff member.

I know this and if I was to be in the staff for the boards I obviously wouldn't do that and I'd be more responsible with my posting, but I'm just wondering if I should refrain from doing that kind of stuff now.

I just don't wanna hinder my chances for whenever the next time the boards decides to update their staff and I may try to join :p
