I've noticed more uplifting and discussion-provoking posts recently (most of them seem to be started by moderators, which is cool). I think it's helping the boards culture be a bit more positive and productive
EDIT: Not that there aren't a plethora of issues in the game right now--I just think it's helpful if we talk about them in a productive manner

If it breaks the rules of the board, don't be super shocked that it gets deleted when reported. That's common on any moderated board on any game.

Convenient that the people doing the moderating are the same ones that write the rules and judge guilt.

That's pretty much any forum. This isn't your server that these posts are being made on, it's Riots. So people who have been given power to moderate posts by Riot have the power to moderate posts.

They also have the power to interpret the rules.
The convenience comes from having all 3 powers at the same time.
Riot has these powers. Riot chooses to grant them to non-paid positions. That is not pretty much any forum. Pretty much any other forum would be paying employees to moderate their forums.

I believe the only approval needed to issue a judgement and execution is self-appointed. Which makes the legislation powerless.

Moderators are suppose to issue judgement and execution on posts/threads. That's what makes them moderators. Without this power they are no longer moderators. You're going in circles at this point.

My belief is that it doesn't matter what those rules say or who wrote them. The executive branch overrules the legislation.

Edit: I include myself because i'm human too and I know my own boundaries ranked always sucks but it's basically a must if you have any passion towards the game and can't make art
