I know it's early, but I just wanted to say goodbye to everyone.

I know it's still a week out, but I wanted to go ahead and get my goodbyes out of the way. I've been on the boards about 6 years now, and it's been one of the few ways I've managed to keep sane while taking breaks at work. I'll miss a whole lot of you. I know not everyone got along, but that's ok - opinions aren't always meant to be the same for everyone. I'll miss LaughingFish and the goofy meme posts they did. I'll miss Sukishoo and Camille Ferros who always made intellectual and well thought out posts, and even the people I frequently disagreed with like Greenlore, Rujirita, and that one devoted Darius main who despised the very thought of Volibear needing a VGU (I cannot recall your name for the life of me). I'll miss some of the more fun mods like CaptainMarvelous and their lore based contests and stuff, as well as people like Sharjo from the days of yore who used to always drop new lore developments in Story and Art (I'll miss a lot more folks too, but I'm trying to keep it concise!). I'll really miss all of it. It wasn't perfect, but then, it never should be. That's what made this place unique - opinions could be made, disputed, discussed, possibly changed, but it was an open forum where people could discuss the state of the game in place that mattered because there was always potential it could be heard by Riot. Nowhere will have that kind of feeling - not Reddit where you'll feel like you're alone in the woods screaming when you're trying to hope someone will take notice of a potential design flaw or issue with the game, and definitely not Twitter with it's very small character limit.

So goodbye, to everyone here. It's been a blast chatting with you all, for the good, for the bad, and even in the living hell that was Player Behavior and Gameplay. I'll miss a good many of you, and no matter if my opinions were the same as yours, I wish you the best as we're all forced to go our separate ways.
