Vote manipulation

What is the proper way to report vote manipulation? This is just one of multiple recent threads that are obviously vote manipulated with a moderator comment and it has not been voting locked nor the OP punished (as they're still posting on the thread).

Under what report option should vote manipulation be reported, or is that not something that is actionable by moderators? If it is not actionable, why is it not, and in what way does allowing it further a constructive boards environment?

And now comments are being deleted while the thread is still not locked or deleted for being blatantly false and the OP blatantly lying and obfuscating... I understand the moderators are volunteers but the fact that this thread is up and not at least vote locked (or locked or removed completely) after two separate moderators reviewed it greatly reduces my confidence in the moderation team.

Guessing this is caused by your - votes? i mean it could just be that people dont like that.. because this is a video game and its quite ridiculous that the punishments for talking even in a negative manner, are still heavily outweighing the punishments people get for say inting.. its a video game.. it shouldn't really penalize so hard for toxicity, it should just try to limit it and stop killing its playerbase since the playerbase itself is toxic. The game influences toxicity and promotes it, thats what it does since its mainly a competitive game. its possibly that people just didnt like that u said the game has no place for this type of talk, I mean to be honest... it does. Theres a limit to how much of it u SHOULD be allowed to say. Calling people words shouldn't be too punishable unless its something bad, but we primarily as a community, have alot of snowflakes that get offended 200% of the time and MUST seek retribution from the report system if somebody calls us bad, or feeder , inter etc... Personally I believe only certain language should be punishable by anything more than a restriction (which really, restrictions should be the only punishment for chat related offenses) which include racism, harassment on a extreme degree, threats, REALLY HARSH PHRASES, etc.. that type of stuff. stuff thats not allowed in common society.

For things like that it doesn't really matter if it was vote manipulated or not.

It's not like Riot is going to roll in and say, "Based on the amount of upvotes this topic has we're going to disregard our second review of the situation".

Rujitra, I'm not so sure this thread or any of its comments show evidence of vote manipulation. It has 3.4K views, 20 upvotes and 15 downvotes. Some of your replies have been downvoted into oblivion, but given the number of views, 11 or 12 downvotes on a comment aren't a lot.

I was concerned with voter manipulation there, since it had 6 upvotes in a short time period. But, I think after commenting in that thread, that there’s just a higher number than usual viewing that thread, so I didn’t see that vote locking needed to occur.

I do see some concern with your downvotes, but I think your viewpoint comes off a little one-sided, especially with saying the punishment is deserved when we don’t have enough evidence from their logs to say so. I do share your skepticism that they didn’t do anything wrong, particularly since they’re not inclined to share their whole chat logs.

Hey there I own the thread that is being ummm lets call it questioned by the man that is rujitra. I deleted a comment that was misleading quickly. If that is intentional lying then I am clearly at fault but I immediately fixed the issue. So don't know why this guy made a whole thing about me kinda cool tho. Also in another note this man has been aggressive on both my pages since I have come here to the boards and even makes accusations with no evidence is this not real harassment? I mean I hate to be that guy but there is a reason that every single comment that you make is immediately spammed down and it sure isn't me.
