League is a video game. It's sole purpose is to bring enjoyment and relaxation to those who play it. Not wins, not massive KDAs. Enjoyment.

The vast majority of players in this and other games don't enjoy the game if they see shaming, aggression, bossing, or other types of flaming. It doesn't matter if you're losing the game. Enjoyment does not hinge upon winning the game for most players.

So if you're flaming, you're ruining the game for others. And many times you're ruining it worse than an intentional feeder. Because look at it this way - when you go into a game, you expect there's a 50% chance you'll lose. You're ready for a loss. What you don't expect is someone to be flaming or harassing others during the game.

Here is the thing though, everyone has fun in their own way. Playing their hardest anf winning is fun for some. Trying out wacky things is fun for another. They don't always mix though.

I'd take a flamer 9/10 times over a feeder.

You can mute a flamer.

Normal games are for fun. If you are playing ranked it should be to win.

Mmmmh, you give too much credit to toxic players. Just enjoy yourself, toxic players cannot force you to read chat. Your point does not make sense to me. Yes flaming might be punishable and not desirable. However, there is legit no reason to ruin your fun because someone is typing.

If you don't want to play to win then don't play ranked. There is no reason to, you could have just as much fun in a non-competitive mode without ruining the fun for those more competitive.

Really? Then why are there official tournaments and a world series every year?

I love that people say its for 'fun', especially when money and other prizes are involved in performance.

When competition is directly built into the game, it is designed to be more than just 'fun': 'fun' for casual players

Im not trying to argue at all, but I think there should be different queues for this sort of thing - I can not say 'Normal' is a fun queue because this is the only place you can practice a champion without losing LP in the Ranked queue.

You are right this is just a game, you are wrong at thinking trolls, flamers, toxic players are not having fun. Oh trust me they are, they just have it a little differently than you.

Yes, I fully agree. League of Legends is a game meant for your enjoyment.

Something to keep in mind, imo, is that this game is structured around a competitive team environment. Just like any sport you can think of.

If you wanna play to mess around and chill then there is absolutely nothing wrong with that... in all settings except for "Ranked".

Declair "fun". This is a VIDEO GAME after all, who is ment to spend time on with friends (if you have any :) ) and make fun. If you or any other player doesn't have fun, just uninstall it, you are wasting your time. I play a lot of customs with my friends which is fun because I can crash them.

Now, think for youself of something you are having fun soing in league. If you got something, great. If not, well just quit the game and stop the addiction.

recently i picked up kha zix. with him the game became way more fun as 1shotting just makes me laugh so hard. people were always right, play the broken champs then the game is way more fun even if you lose.
