The problem is that people seem to forgot that all things you can see, touch, or feel, or perceive, are all real things to different degrees, so all things they deal with are dealt with in real life.
The capacity to hold a civilized conversation while taking ownership of your own faults in a situation while being able to praise those around you for their efforts while constructively critiquing their faults is just as important in real life as it is League of Legends.

How many people have to kill themselves from cyberbullying before we realise it can hurt people? People used to use the same arguements for why cyberbullying isn't bad for regular bullying. They say that they should just grow up, it's just playing around, etc. If someone already has a choatic home life, and they're getting bullied online as well it doesn't help. Also for the people that argue that they can just walk away and turn of the computer, it's really not that simple. If you're vulnurable enough for cyberbullying to hurt you, you're not in a decent enough head space to be like, they aren't saying this to me in real life and probably wouldn't, I can just walk away from this. Idk how this isn't more obvious.
