2. Obtain few accs with lvl30+
3. profit in form of worthless internet points and feel of power or ultimate trolling

Vote manipulation. Some and then we have to face a flood of downvotes - threads, in the past it also targeted certain users, some comments.

Yeah the downvote bot sucks. Riot doesn't care enough to stop it, the mods don't care enough to disable downvotes. And so, the best we can hope is that Riot hurries up and closes the boards down already so they can launch their new forum
